Who breaks in MLBers new gloves?

Major leaguers seemingly have new gloves every week and I know they don't break them in themselves due to the amount of time they would need to break in that many.
So who does the grunt work on those gloves? Do clubs pay people to break in gloves?

Batting gloves don't need to be broken in...
Players aren't using a different glove that often. Im sure they pick out 3-4 gloves in the offseason and then break them in at that time

Gloves are players babies. They do not get gloves every week. Tulo had been using the same glove over ten years.b

There are people who are paid who are in charge of the equipment for the team in every professional sport.
So I'm going to say those guys do it.

Saw a bit a couple of years ago about some Korean guy that Brandon Phillips gets to break his gloves in. Apparently that guy is top of the line

No they don't. Tulo has used the same glove for 8 years

It doesn't take long to break in a glove. Two weeks tops, throwing every day.

I saw something a few years ago that most players are always in the process of breaking in a new glove. There are varied approaches. For instance, some may use a single Spring training to break in a glove, others might take 2 or 3 spring trainings, some may use batting practice for a year to break in a glove, etc.
Before they ever start using the glove to get it "game ready" most also have a method to start the process. Some get it wet then put it in the oven or microwave, or keep it in the trunk of their car all summer, or condition it with oils or shaving cream, put it under a mattress.... Just about anything you can think of.

This may be true for a lot of guys, but like some dude said earlier, these are their babies. They arent letting some equipment jockey mess with them. I'm sure guys are a lot different, but I'd best most have one they use all year or longer and have a backup ready just in case.

No way I would let someone else break in a glove for me. Breaking in a glove is a personal thing. You want it a certain way.
Like others have said, I'm sure most players have a few, maybe 3 to 5 gloves they use thru a season.

What hasn't really been discussed is that in upper level baseball, gloves aren't really "broken in" in the sense of what most people did in little League.
You can't get the ball out of a flimsy, over broken in glove. Which is why most upper tier gloves are made out of a harder leather.
So it doesn't take too long to break one in because pros like them stiff. For instance, three bullpens with a guy throwing over 90 and a catchers mitt is basically broken in.

Swaggy baw and AL MVP Josh Donaldson has been using his glove for so long that a line drive literally went through the webbing earlier this year.

^This. If a guy does need to break in a new glove during the season he can pretty quickly taking ground balls during BP.

The guy I know that used to play with the big boys never let anyone touch his glove. The one time I picked it up and put it on just to frick with him he lost his mind. So I doubt many players get other guys to break in their own glove.
This guy is a drama queen so it may not be that big of a deal to most of the pros

No, that is definitely a thing. You don't put on another person's glove.

You don't put your fingers in another man's glove or girl. - Bro Code Article 4, Section 16
