re: Which team would you like to see a ‘30 for 30’ on that probably won’t get one done on them

In that same vein, the 93 Macho Row Phillies. I don't know if they had one made about them. I would have to imagine all kinds of crazy stories from that team.

How had no one said the 2011 LSU Tigers football team?

Starting QB suspended, start the season off against the #3 team in the country coming off a National Championship appearance, Les Miles-OBJ-Jarvis Landry-Honey Badger, the 9-6 OT game against Bama, then wrap up with WTF happened in the National Championship game.

I'm not sure which of his teams, but I'm sure they could do a multi episode look at Rick Pitino. Maybe 96 as one of greatest teams ever, or the story of the 2013 Louisville squad would probably get pretty wild.

Have they made one about the 90s Braves? That could be great

This is the first one I thought of. Start with the last days of Dale Murphy, then worst to first in 1991 and Smoltz blossoming after seeing a sports psychologist, heartbreaking World Series losses, rise and fall of Steve Avery, acquisition of Greg Maddux, the strike of 94, Chipper, finally winning it all in 95, Bobby Cox, Leo Mazzone rockin on the bench, and on through the 90s

To be honest I think it’s nothing more than:
1. Les Miles holding a full fall camp style practice in the month or so leading up to the game.
2. Les Miles planning to use the exact same game plan they won with earlier in the season (a game they were lucky to win).
3. A pissed off and motivated Nick Saban on the other side.

A 30 for 30 on the Rita LeBlanc time period as the owner in waiting of her grandfather Tom Benson for the New Orleans Saints that started off with great intentions but bombed out in a blaze of drunkenness, cocaine, & lawsuits.

But it will never happen as it would put women in positions of power(feminism) in a bad light with bad publicity. This is ESPN we are talking about here.

I also wouldn’t mind one on Ryan Perrilloux similar to the one they did on Marcus Dupree

I would like to see a year long documentary in this years Oakland A's.

Imagine what it must be like playing for them or coaching them this year? Worst record and the team is moving and the stadium is falling apart.

They are not even close to each other…. Dupree was way way better in HS than Ryan was and even more at the college level.

Yes but Perilloux fricked the LSU QB room for the next 4 years. Him getting kicked off the team drastically altered LSU football

I think there has been some type of documentary, but an episode on concord de la salle (CA hs football) that had the record winning streak while not turning out as much NFL and d1 talent as some of the other hs programs.
