how does that work?

The OKC scorekeepers are very liberal in their interpretation of what counts as an assist for Westbrook.

But it's hilarious to see someone so obsessed over an irrelevant award that actually isn't awarded to the most valuable player
I get just about all of the HOU posters mixed up, so I don't know who it was.

But one of them in literally the same thread was blasting the MVP voters for their methods of voting, then told me I was "retarded" for saying I don't are one bit about the MVP.

And no, he never realized what he did there.

No they aren't causal fan stats. But no voters are basing their MVP vote on them either. So not all that relevant for MVP voters.

Gotta remember, they look at things like whether a guy is boring or not, not stats.

That's the voters that give out this award that we should care about.

Well when the votes come out and it's a cakewalk you gonna see that guys like me and biggie have had our fingers on the pulse of the voters.

Someone still hasn't learned that his definition of valuable is wrong

I don't think "whiny" means what you think it means.

Yea, the irrelevant voters who care if a guy is boring or not. I'm glad to disagree with the irrelevant voters.

You don't think LeBron has been the most valuable player of the past decade?

Hey advanced stats are part of the argument. But nobody with a vote is picking one player over another simply bc 1 or 2 advanced stat favours one player over the other. These voters are not casual fans and they know that no one metric is the end all be all and they gotta be viewed collectively.

Advanced #

Team success
Leadership/expectations/narrative (ie lack of boredom)

All play roles no one has won an award on its own.

It's an award for the regular season. Has Lebron been the most valuable player each regular season in his career? nope. Not even close.

OKC stat guys are so powerful they've actually made the Thunder much better at home than on the road.

Pretty wild. Illuminati level shite.

It's very, very impressive. However, triple doubles are happening everywhere now.

Harden is almost averaging one and so is LeBron. The lack of big men and the barrage of 3-pointers is making it much easier to accumulate the statistic.
