73 games played

768 Rebounds
758 Assists

If he plays the full 82 games. He needs 62 more assists and 52 more rebounds in 9 games.

To average a 30 point triple double, he will need to average 18.5 PPG, 6.9 assists, 5.8 rebounds over his final 9 games.

If he played in all 9 remaining games but didn't record a stat, he would finish 28/9.4/9.2

37 triple doubles on the season. 4 short of the NBA record of 41.

Never thought we would see another person average a triple double.

I wonder if he will make a push these last few games to make a run at the record.

great season. Sorry but you don't win MVP with a MOV of 1 in the NBA. You gotta be part of an elite team. That's the way it's always been. The billy Simmons podcast is great. He said he doesn't know who is voting for, but he knows Westbrook is 4th on his ballot. if I had a ballot admittedly I would have him 4th too.

triple double is a casual fan stat. Tbh The people Who vote for these awards are typically a cut above casual fan when it comes to what they look at when making their vote.

I have no idea why he keeps talking about awards ITT. I have never seen someone so obsessed with the MVP

What about VORP and PER? Casual fan stats?

Not relevant in this case.

It's all Houston has, and they know this year is their only shot. But it's hilarious to see someone so obsessed over an irrelevant award that actually isn't awarded to the most valuable player, or LeBron would have 10.

The only category that matters is mvp's that don't want to play with you, Russ leads 1-0 right now with Durant voluntarily leaving Russ and going to a team with more efficient options
