Sounds track was on point this morning ran 2 miles, (that's a lot for this fat boy.) I went hit a few balls on the way back from the gym at the range.

hard to believe its only been 24 days since I started #WoF in earnest. in a little over 3 weeks i'm already feeling way better and getting stronger. I'll be back to benching 2 plates and squatting 3hundo by March 1.

More than anything I am getting some swag back and feeling much better due to better diet and cutting the alcohol down to a couple beers on Friday night.

I'm looking to drop total 30lbs by April 1. I've already shed 12.
During Lent it is on. No Beer at all. I have already cut it out during the week.

yea I have cut out all alcohol during the week and I've only had a couple of craft beers on Friday nights. I may take the plunge and cut it out all the way on Lent. I'm not catholic, but it would be a good time to try it. Honestly now that I've cut way back for almost a month I don't crave it and I'm seeing now how drinking a couple of 7% beers every night is not really a good plan for staying healthy
