Saw what ya said yesterday. I think what that doctor was saying is, you have no Nitro. In his best medical opinion, it's in your interest to shave a few off.
Your club head speed is gonna pick up when you trim down. Also, torque.
Of course, you do realize that this means the end of your chipping/short game.
You'll have to start putting from 100 yds and in.

feet hit the flow at 6:48am. I love beating that 7am buzzer even though it kills me. feeding the kids then taking them to preschool then later #WoF rolls on with more cardio/core work.
