Wiggins was unanimous 1st team selection. Mirotic received 128/130 possible votes on 1st team.

Horrible year for rookies after such a hyped class. I wouldn't wish that second team on my worst enemy.

I agree that it wasn't as deep as people were saying, but that first team looks pretty good

Well to be fair, 2 of the top rated rookies from this class didn't/barely played because of injury.

Parker, Embiid, and Randle played in a grand total of 25 games (all of which were by Parker, who looked,better than anyone else in that time frame).
Gordon, Vonleh, and Stauskas were disappointing though.

True. But his stock going through the roof based on nothing more than a solid Hoop Summit performance (not even an incredible one, like what Jamal Murray or Enes Kanter did) and his play in a U-17 tournament was something that looked absurd at the time and will look even worse down the road.
Maybe he will turn out great, but not since the days of SFP's favorite Euro bust, Skita, or Olowokandi has there been a weirder draft trajectory.

Like previously mentioned, if Randle/Embiid/Parker play this year then the starting five in the list looks a lot different. Assuming performances of guys like Mirotic are the same then there is good depth too.

are lakers going to resign other mizzou rookie, jabari brown? Last i heard, he was on those 10-20 day contracts.
