Was there ever a bigger badass in MLB than Albert Belle?

With the Indians hot streak I was looking back at some 95 indians clips and Albert Belle.
Heres Joey tying it vs the Red Sox in the playoffs then flexes after they confiscate his bat
Albert knows how to break up a double play
Joey goes 4-4 with 3 HRs a single a walk and then gets hit by a pitch and refuses to yield the batters box because he wants to go deep again

It's not hard to run over a fielder who's focused on the grounder. Most people refrain because they're decent human beings.

Went to middle school with Albert and his twin brother. He was a couple of years older than me. He was an intense dude even at that age. Always seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. Hell of an athlete though.

Hell no. He was the most feared hitter in the game for a handful of years. Those 90's Indians teams were mashers. But that team was built to entertain , and they did,435 straight sell outs. Current team us built to win, with dominate , deep , pitching.
