Jeff Fisher goes back to his alma mater if the Rams don't move to LA.

Geographically speaking, I don't think there's a bigger jump in CFB than Starkville to LA.

McElwain went in the opposite direction. From Fort Collins.... to Gainesville

Truth...spent some time in Ft. Collins last month.

Biggest issue there was how shitty cell service was even in the main areas by Intel and HP.

To me there's nothing meh about his tenure at State. He's accomplished more already than anyone else in their program's history, in the most difficult division in the country no less. He also just seems like a guy who wants to stay in college football too.

I don't think he would walk in and dominate recruiting, but that could change fast with wins. And USC is like LSU baseball, the program sells itself anyways.

I'm also a huge Rich Rod fan, but I'm not sure he'd leave for another PAC 12 school

He snuck into Atlanta one season, and didn't he get them in trouble with the NCAA? I also don't think Sherrell ever made State a consistent bowl team

Fisher has two winning seasons in the last decade. They would probably be blowing it again if they hired him but I could see him taking that golden parachute.

Yeah, seeing some people celebrate this is strange

Most people seem to be laughing at USC's misfortune. Most people seem to at least feel some sympathy for Sark.

This. Hilarious because of where it happened. Sark has clearly hit rock bottom. Hope he gets the help he needs.

I'm not going to pile on Steve sark. I pray he uses this as a beacon of caution and turns it around. Worse coaches than him have done it.

Seems like the AD needs to be fired also. Pat Haden has made USC athletics a laughingstock.

Agreed. They [USC] should have done more after that presser in which Stark seemed drunk... But its still Starks fault for not trying anything for himself... Its a serious problem and I hope he gets himself straight... Its a DEMON he will fight the rest of his life......
