I love that site and have used it a lot the past two seasons. It's a good overall check but I'm assuming it doesn't take into account things like injuries/team improvement, but rather just things like points, number of games left and remaining strength of schedule for all the teams. It'll still be a really tough road, but the CBJ definitely have a higher chance than that because they're healthier (and should continue to get healthier) than earlier in the season.

Arizona is so disappointingly bad this year. Mike Smith has been the exact opposite of what everyone expected between the pipes.

Perron to Pens for 1st rounder
Will give one of the center a scoring option. Interesting to see if he can take his game to next level with malkin or crosby.
I feel sorry for the 1st rounder going to Edmonton, that place is hell, and it won't get better till it's cleansed and players are dealt/ too many turds in the punch bowl.

It's going to be a back end 1st round pick plus Klinkhammer for Perron. Not sure that's the best they could've gotten for Perron.

Really really like this trade.
I do feel bad for Klinkhammer though, he loved being traded to the Pens and then we turn around and ship him to a place worse than Arizona. Poor guy.
But, we didn't give up any of our prospects to get Perron, so that's win win.
