Poor Al Jefferson, gets no love for his 38/19 night .

But scoring 61 points on 67% shooting is just unreal. That is scary. Melo already scored 64 on the bobcats earlier on in the season. That team probably go to bed having night mares about those two nights. I love jordan as much as the next guy, but I believe when its all said and done, Lebron will go down as the GOAT.

Oh and Im not even a Lebron guy, Im a Kobe guy all the way and it took me til last season to admit that Lebron was better.

Both players needed help for sure. The only difference is Lebron was the best player on the team during every championship run.

Kobe was not during his first 3 rings.

Didn't Reggie miller score 24 or 25 in the 3rd or 4th against the Knicks

Al Jefferson is playing the best basketball of his career. Unfortunately Lebron is making him invisible.

Yeah I am trying to figure out if meant they were franchise records, because I am like 99% sure they aren't NBA records.

I believe they are just Heat franchise records.

Also, they'd have to be unless Wilt scored 25 in every quarter of his 100 point game.

Exact reason why I said I am like 99% sure they weren't NBA records

Melo put up 62 points on us while sitting out for half of the 4th

Melo FG percentage wasn't as good and he makes his team worse not better. He's a individual player not team

To be fair, it was like 2% off. He shot like 64% in that game.

Melo's had an exceptionally good year. Probably the best year of his career this year. It's unfortunate for him that his exceptional play is being voided by that shite show of a team.

That said:

Also set records for 25 in the 3rd and maybe most FGs made in a game and most points in a half.
