Great QB. Throws that "on the run" intermediate/deep ball better than anybody in NFL history IMO.

Slow down man. He's only going into his third season.

Steve Young frowns down upon you.

EDIT - maybe not Manning. Jake Plummer was great on the run.

Wasn't Smith basically in the same role when he got to the Chiefs?

He is a great playmaker. Doesn't mean big plays, but he makes plays at exactly the right time and doesn't frick up a lot.

My thoughts on Wilson....

1 - after talking with Wisconsin fans last weekend, they are way too quick to act like he spent five years there. ONE YEAR on a BS rule buckys! That's it! Get over it.

2 - He is really good right now, won't know if he is great or even elite until asked to do more.

3 - I hate the Seahawks.

Smart game manager who does just enough to not let his team lose and the defense win? Or potential superstar 5,000 yard thrower?

somewhere in between.... he's incredibly smart, to his credit, and a very hard worker...
they may not throw it enough for him to get to 5,000 yards, but that's because they tend to have a lead and then close out games by running vs. being behind and having to chunk it to catch up....

Why? It seems to be the board consensus. Just wondering.

MSB is obsessed with yards and is collectively jealous of the Seahawks. He gets shite on way more than he should.

Factoring in age (but not salary b/c that will all even out eventually), I'd take him over any NFL QB except for Luck and Rodgers.

Much more than a game manager but wont be a guy to sling it around all game. Dudes a very good qb. I dont get why people need to put him in a certain group

But it isn't like he has top tier receivers. Harvin may be that now

I would rather try to Gameplan for Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush than Harvin and Lynch. Harvin is one of the more electric players in the NFL…he does everything and last night watching them run their offense was fricking incredible.

Harvin jet sweep…nope Lynch run the opposite way for 10
Harvin jet sweep, yep 10 yard gain.
Harvin in motion, zone QB/RB read
Harvin in slot, drop back pass or handoff

It boggles my mind how efficient their offense is…they aren't flashy, they don't put up huge numbers, but they get the job done week in and week out

He's way better than average.

Something seems off about his personality IMO, but he's a great QB. He does everything very well.

His deep ball is great. The only QBs right now I would def rank ahead of him are Manning, Brees, Brady, Rodgers
