He will never throw it more than 20-25 times a game.

He makes high percentage passes. He isn't asked to do what the elites do. He's still good but he's nowhere near elite yet

He may not be asked to do much (which I don't believe),

He threw 16 passes a game. 20 guys threw more passes than he did.
No doubt he's efficient, but his Qb rating would take a big hit if he didn't have a great running game and he was asked to carry the offense more.

It did look pretty bad.

He threw like 16 passes a game last year.
Little disingenuous. Averaged 25 passes and 6 rushes (for 33 yards) per game.

Jesus Christ. Do yourself a favor and look at last season's stats. It takes like 30 seconds.

ETA: Here you go.

He's the prototype QB heading forward in this new age of football. Minus his height, your QB has be to able to push the ball down the field, be efficient, make great run and pass decisions and be able to pick up 5-10 yards when need be.

There's only 4, maybe 5 or 6 guys in the league I wouldn't trade straight up for him.

The term game manager is so overrated and a load of bull shite. Managing the game is getting your offense in the right play. Also being able to read the field and progress through your reads. Some of yall don't understand how crucial it is to make the right read. Russel Wilson is elite in that area.

This is the second time you've said that. Please explain how you're getting to that number.

He benefits greatly from his situation. I think eventually, hell be a top 5 QB. For the time being though, the fact that they dont need him to be great gives him the opportunity to learn on the job without a ton of pressure.

He's good but I wouldn't be surprised if Seattle doesn't give him 20 mil

It will be real interesting to see what happens when Wilson can go on the open market. Will he take a little less money so the Seahawks can surround him with people? Or will he want to get paid like Andy Dalton and Matthew Stafford -- two guys who aren't as good as him and don't have a Super Bowl ring.

He deserves it IMO. He's a difference maker on offense.

No one is that nice, perfect, and responsible all the time. He recently got a divorce and his wife signed a "confidentiality agreement" to not talk about their relationship or Russell at all. Its not just that, I just get a feeling something is off about him. No proof, no anything, just a gut feeling.

This is what I heard. Of course, the beautiful thing about a confidentiality agreement (if you're Wilson) is we won't hear her side.

I think he is in a good situation where he is going to do more and more each year once Lynch starts to realize he is 28 and has carried the ball 1750 times.

He is way better than Flacco. Hell of a late round fantasy pick too

Yea, he throws it 25.43 times a game. 20-25 times seems pretty much right on huh?

He is the beneficiary of a team that runs the ball really well and is normally playing with a lead.

If he was asked to make things happen and the offensive line was pieced together due to injuries he would look very "meh"

It seems like he is routinely throwing the ball to guys that are open by ten yards because they run so many bootlegs and play fakes.
