Absolutely. If you can't kick an extra point, get a punt off correctly, and commit 16 penalties in a game, how can you claim "progress?" Especially when they all happened in clutch situations and cost them two victories?

No, it's only his second year. They have hope with Heard. Also, what do you think the PR would be like if they fire an AA head coach after 2 years. Not to mention what coach would want to go there if they can be fired after year 2

Do you realize how many talented players he had to boot because they weren't working hard. Mack was running a country club over there and the players were lazy and entitled. Charlie truly had to clean house and start from scratch. I really think thats why Saban was so interested. It was a bottom up rebuild.
