Disney is making a movie about Mo'ne Davis? WHAT A JOKE. That slut got rocked by Nevada.
Well, she did get rocked by Nevada. And that movie is a joke. . . But I don't think it's right to call a young girl a slut.

Whether that merited the player in question being kicked off the team, I don't think so. But I don't really have a problem with it either.

The school did what it did because it was afraid of outside pressure to do something. Very few companies will stand by an employee these days in any contraversy..the ones who have amazingly still have sponsors and are running..why? Because the heat you get will ve gone in a day or two on majority of stories because false outrage will move onto something elsE

You are right. Sticking by an employee doesn't mean you agree with their actions. But it takes a lot to give someone a second chance, especially considering the pressure you will be put under these days to do the "right" thing.

As a coach I wouldn't want a player on my team that twitted out that a 13 year old girl, who he has never met, is a slut.

The things we called people and what we were called when I lived in the house with 8 FB players would have caused so much drama.

Sorry if you call a 13 year old a slut you deserve to be kicked off your baseball team. End of story if you disagree you're a moron.

You're an idiot if you believe that.
What do you think they call her in clubhouses locker rooms when her name is brought up without a camera around.

I have no idea what point you're trying to make here?

The only thing I can come up with is you're saying because guy say it when the cameras aren't around, that makes it ok to do so?

I just found a post of yours on TD where you call people "figs." Perhaps I will pressure your employer to let you go.

That Dude was all over this thread with posts, then just disappeared immediately after this post

Well played.

I'm saying he shouldn't be tossed for calling her anything. Because he's not the only one.

Now if he did it in public again then yes.

Hell half those guys are wondering why she even got on that team and what she did to get picked.

It's a privilege to play on a team, not a right. If he wants to broadcast to the world that this 13 year old is a slut, he should be ready to suffer the consequences. It's a no brainer really.

Nice hyperbole.

The idea that this player is a representative of his team and school isn't a difficult one to figure out. It has nothing to do with being a criminal.

None of us are disagreeing that there should be consequences, but I'm agreeing with Mo'ne Davis is that the punishment was too harsh.

It's okay because they're allowed to have an opinion

It's not okay to tweet it because he didn't listen first meeting of the year.

To lose a spot on a team that was not that embarrassing and is a story being trumped for a movie is wrong.

It needed to be handled internally and nobody needs to worry how.
