I'll go Bob Hamelin, won ROY in 1994 had another good season in 1997 and out of baseball in 1999

Gordon Beckham was a top 10 pick and had an excellent first season with the White Sox that was never duplicated. He is amazingly still in the league due to his defensive versatility even though he has a negative fWAR 5 of the last 6 seasons
