I read some of the article then gave up once I realized it was typical old school bleacher report style, some hack just making up a tagline out of thin air and then trying to justify it with a bunch of nonsense. Anybody that came into this thread to bad mouth Lebron about this article clearly didn't read it, or they are stupid.

Wasn't there some talk about capping the number of times someone could play for Team USA? 'cuz LeBron is great, but I don't blame him for wanting to take a summer off. And he's done his work for Team USA. Let some of the young guys with less wear and tear pick up his slack. We'll win a gold just fine with LeBron sitting in Akron watching the games on his big screen.

My parents were down in there a few weeks ago. My pops said there is no way they can legitimately pull it off. He said Rio is a tremendous shite hole.
I'm sure they will put up some kind of smoke and mirrors deal to put on a show but if there is an Olympics to miss, it's this one.
