Someone starts a thread meant to disparage Lebron that is based on immeasurable, subjective "intangibles" rather than any actual data. Death. Taxes.

Magic and Wilt were probably bi or part of that crazy Hollywood lifestyle among movie producers, etc.

Because it is well-known among his close friends that Magic did love the ladies and had tons of them. Some other stuff after the games in the saunas may also have happened. Who knows but Magic. He has always been adamant that he isn't gay and broke off friendships (like Isiah) who questioned him.

Kobe wasn't but desperately wanted to be like Jordan - copying his speech pattern, his tone, his interview style, his shot, his moves, hell even the chewing of the gum.

And game winning fist pump. The best fist pump ever occurred on 6/1/1997.

So we're pretending the 07 ECF vs Detroit didn't happen? Or the 4th quarter in Game 6 of the first Spurs finals?

The biggest difference between MJ/Kobe and Lebron

is that if you look at individual measurable stats, one of these is way behind the other two in just about every meaningful metric. It's not hard to figure out which one.

It says a lot about Kobe in comparison to Lebron, that your only argument has to resort to hyperbolic intangibles that cannot be proven or disproven or team stats (which you convienently pick and choose when to apply and versus whom).

I don't agree with your premise, but that was a great interview. I think we forget just how articulate MJ was.

To my knowledge, Lebron has never murdered anyone, so I guess he is not a killer. However, he is one of the best basketball players ever as suggested by every statistical metric.

He was unreal until the last 2 minutes...he would have caught so much hell though if not for Allen, because he turned it over twice in the final minute and a half. If the Spurs hit their free throws or if they get a defensive rebound, the media would have been unbearable regarding Lebron.

In terms of killer instinct and fierce competitive fire? Absolutely.

AKA, volume shooters. Kobe's never seen a shot he didn't like, so because he'll go down in flames missing shots left and right, he's got "killer instinct."

Kobe shot less than 40% in 60 of the 200 playoff games he started in his career. LeBron's done it in less than 21% of his playoff starts.

It was the first time I saw Lebron kick it into true closer gear
So, against the spurs in 13, where he had 32,11,10 in game 6, and 37,12,4 in game 7 wasnt "closer" shite to you?

That proves you dont know what the frick "closer" is, because it is just some bullshite term to make Kobe look good

He also hit a three in that time to close the gap and give Allen a chance to even be able to tie it, but no one ever wants to talk about that

That Matt Barnes gif, while cool, is overplayed. That ball is nearly a foot to Kobe's right when he fakes the pass.
