Penn State vacates all wins from 1998-2011, 4 year postseason ban, $73M fine

The details of the NCAA punishment:
- Four year bowl ban
- 10 initial scholarship losses and 20 per year for four years
- $60 million fine
- All wins from 1998-2011 vacated
- Five year probationary period
The details of the Big Ten punishment:
-Four year Big Ten championship game ban
-$13 million fine

Wins from 98-11 isn't that bad? If true that's brutal, and deserved. I would imagine they will be hit with loss of scholarships too.
