I doubt he gets it, but it just seems unfair if he doesn't and Smith did. I've hardly seen a sixth year ever get granted unless a player missed two years to injuries.

Smith was injured in preseason and never set foot on the field this last year if I recall correctly.

He broke his leg in the Indiana game. Noah Brown broke his leg in preseason.

But he didn't play the first several games due to suspension. At least the first one.

Correct. Which is why he was able to get the sixth year despite playing in the fifth game.
