No chance with neither one having a RPI in the top 45. Ohio State was closest with a 35 RPI, 9-4 vs top 50, and a conference championship, but thats still on the outside.

I know the NCAA wants northern hosts, but they have to have very good seasons, and no one in the BIG had a great year this year.

Past Hosts:
2015:Illinois(50 wins. 1 conference loss, national seed)
2014:Indiana(42-13, 21-3 in conference, national seed)
2013:Indiana(49 wins, top 10 team)
2012:Prudue(47 wins, ranked all year, won conference)

Before that, no Big 10 was a host since 08(Michigan).

This years champ, Ohio State, hasnt been ranked all year, and the regular season champ, Minnesota, shat the bed in the tournament, and might not even make a regional.
