Pinkle knows this is a potential recruiting goldmine. Imagine the message, "if you come to mizzou, you can do anything you want if you are black. Just say the authority is racist". He will get some real talent next year if this is resolved as I anticipate.

Maybe.

And maybe he actually believes in their cause. Not everyone in this world do things with ulterior motives, sometimes their motives are pure.

Despite what you see in the news, there are good people in this world. No clue what the motives are here, but there's no reason to blindly assume the worst.

have you read their demands? half of them are racist in themselves.

they are going to college, for free, because they are good at a game (LOL) - let them strike

I've read quite a few articles, but only ever saw one demand, for the president to be removed. Maybe there are others I haven't read about, I don't know.

Not sure what that has to do with anything.

Plus the boosters know he now will be elevated to one of the top recruiters in America.
Just a bit of an overreaction.

How did Miami get all those great players from mid 80's to early 2000's? They sent the message to black players that you can literally do anything here with zero consequences.

The talent was mostly homegrown, this analogy is not even close, to be honest.

well it might be a good idea to educate yourself about the ridiculous demands before you go defending their irrational actions.

and playing sports at the college level is a privilege, not a right, which is why its relevant.

What a fricking baby. Hes mad people at the homecoming parade chanted mizzou and that they got annoyed when they interrupted the parade. Jesus christ.the school president is not responsible for some psycho using shite to make a swastika and sure as hell isnt responsible because a random pick up truck yelled ****.
3 incidents in 90 days is what they are freaking out over..2 ****s said and the shite swastika....thats not reasoning for a firing. The presideny made a mandatory racial sensitivity be watched for every student...thats about all he can do.its not his fricking job to protect you from mean ignorant peoppe.

I keep waiting for the what else is going on to cause this but it sounds like all they have is a nazi symbol painted in shite by some drunk college kid, a black kid being called **** off campus (no verification), and another incident where the kid was booted.

Is there more? I doubt it with how full retard these groups are.

The demands are listed somewhere in one of the threads. Sorry for not linking. Basically calls for the president to resign but first admit that there is white privilege. Then calls for initiating boards of colored people to oversee content of curriculum and the hiring of university employees.

it must be so embarrassing to be a Mizzou fan right now. Everyone in that photo is a complete and total loser. What a joke!

Ya right! If they get away with this you know they will demand a black coach next and since the precedent will have been set they will get their way.

Yep, it's pretty simple stuff. You get a scholarship to play football, if you choose to stop playing, you lose your scholarship.

He should believe in players who won't strike or abandon their other teammates over an opinion

Players who are committed to their team

You guys seem to be real threatened by Black players using their position and platform to discuss real social issues.

Just lets me know that all the Fournette love is fake, because if he and the rest of the LSU football team were to do the same, they would be everything but children of God.
