I think Memphis' best chance to win the conference or a title with this current core was 2013.

Still think 2011 was actually our best team. Really think if they don't blow a chance to go up 3-1 on OKC (lost in 3OT) they could have made a serious run.

2011 was y'all's ignition out of nowhere (to the casual fan). I agree with not going up 3-1 on OKC changing everything.

That 2013 team was seasoned, though. People forget how brutal/close that WCF was.

Sucks when you lose such a huge superstar. Memphis is old and won recover from this

4-0 sweep with an average 11 point victory is not that close

Games 2 & 3 went to OT. Those numbers are a bit swayed by a blowout in Game 1.

people were talking up the MOV 1.5 mos ago before they had even played GSW CLE. Saying they were the best, gonna win it all, etc. the road losses is just something to bring the nincompoops back to ground level.

people said they had the largest MOV thus far, but everyone, their mom, and their dead grandparents all still put GS as the favorite by far to win it all AND break the Bulls' record...

minority aren't always the voice of reason right?

This SAS team is arguably one of the best in the past decade, but nobody has a very strong chance to dethrone GS the way they're playing this year.

Only 3 teams are capable of winning against them, too bad 2 of them will knock one of the other out.

You don't think this SAS team is one of their best in the past decade?

But then again, its only 3 games post-ASB so we can't judge them yet right?

Mighty GS is only 2-1 and struggled until the waning minutes against LAC and ATL too.

SAS is sadly 2-1 since ASB

Cleveland is also sadly 2-1 since the break

OKC showing their true colors with a laughably bad 0-2.

Those rockets tho, 1-0! CLUTCH CITY BROS

none of this has anything to do with whether this is one of the best teams of the decade. If your eye test doesn't tell you hell no this isn't an elite team of this decade then you need to come watch some games with me and let me point out a couple things to ya.

You can't STAND for the Spurs to get any of that pesky credit for anything

There's a difference between one of the best NBA teams of the decade and one of the best teams that the Spurs have had this decade.

You're going to teach me about the eye test?

Your eye test put the Rockets at 60+ wins this year. I rather not "learn" from a background "scout" for the Rockets who couldn't be any more wrong.

come on chan, lots of VERY smart hoops minds had HOU at the same projection.

You could learn a lot, at a minimum you'd learn that being one of the best Spurs teams of the decade isn't the same as being one of the best NBA teams of the decade.
