Brady has never won a superbowl with a defense that was ranked outside of the top 10. He has also had the superior coach throughout his career.

Bill Belichek was historically quite mediocre a head coach until Tom Brady showed up.

Tony Dungy was already successful in Tampa before Peyton, and Peyton didn't start winning until Tony arrived in Indy.

One turnover was a pick 6 that bounced off of his receivers hands. Another turnover happened in overtime when there never should have been an overtime.

go watch that tipped INT. Manning forced the ball to a WR that had a defender all over him. It looks like the ball might've been tipped by the defender.

He also fumbled the ball in the 3rd quarter of that game. And, despite the fact that you don't think the game should've been in OT doesn't absolve Manning from throwing an absolutely horrible INT.

Again, 2 INTs (one a pick 6) and a fumble. 3 Turnovers. 14 points via special teams and he couldn't hold on to win. The Broncos were winning that game in large part to a player not named Peyton Manning (Trindon Holliday). And, Manning played a large role in them losing.

Peyton went to the Super Bowl with Jim Caldwell, who is the worst head coach in NFL history. He also has a chance to become the first ever QB to win a Super Bowl with two different organizations. Try again

Bill Belichek hadn't already won multiple Super Bowls by 2008? Gee, where have I been...

i never said he didn't, genius. Just simply pointing out how people like to absolve Manning of any responsibility for losing. And then, they give him 100% credit for any success he has had (which is a ton). Just read this thread. People are acting like Manning has had to play with a high school team with a middle school head coach while Brady has the privilege of playing with every All Pro Player from every generation of the NFL with a combination of the greatest coaches in history on his sideline.

It's pretty ridiculous.

lol, you presented one year, after Belichek had won multiple Super Bowls.

Do the commas help? Would you like your Gerbers now?

Dungy gets fired in Tampa because of his playoff chokes. Gruden comes in and immediately wins the Super Bowl.

Dungy was repeatedly out-coached and smacked down in the playoffs by guys like Belichick and Cowher. Peyton finally broke through in 06 in spite of him.

Everything these days has to be black or white. It is pretty obvious that Manning and Bradys playoff performance has been almost identical.

Still won 11 games without Brady.

Brady was literally removed from his team and he won 11 games with Matt fricking Cassel.

Brady's teams are far better at running the ball than Peyton's are.

Brady's defenses give up less points than Peyton's

Brady's teams score far more non offensive touchdowns than Peyton's

Brady's kickers make game winning field goals Peyton's don't

The FACTS must be pretty ridiculous just like Brady's 7-3 record when he has 1 or fewer touchdowns.

Manning had higher expectations than the other QB's on that list before even throwing his first pass in the NFL. Brady because of his draft position probably had less pressure but more motivation.

Peyton has been fighting the legacy of "can't win the big game" because he never beat Florida while he was at UT.

so, Manning just handily destroys defenses by himself (in the regular season)? everything he does that is better than Brady he gets 100% credit for? Can we make a list of the all pro players that both guys have had the privilege of playing with?

Then, maybe we can agree that both QBs are absolutely fantastic at what they do. Both are definitely top 5 all-time. Manning has had more seasons with better stats than Brady, by a long shot. Brady has had more success during the playoffs, despite not having as good of stats as Manning.

Both guys have won and lost games due to their teammates around them and their coaches. It is a fact that those conditions have affected the wins and losses for each QB.

Again, it absolutely annoys me that defenders of Manning absolutely ignore every outside factor when Manning is throwing for 55 TDs in a season. But, the first sign of something going wrong, they ignore his play completely and begin pointing at his OL, RBs, WRs, TEs, Defense, Coaches, etc. You know, the rest of his team that was there and helped him throw 55 TDs during the regular season. If you're gonna give Peyton Manning 99% of the credit for all of the regular season stats, then he deserves 99% of the criticism for falling short over and over and over again.

Manning had 3 TD's and 7 int's in the playoffs when he won his only Super Bowl.

Give me Brady all day everyday.

Dude the facts are right in front of you. The Patriots are better at everything that doesn't have to do with Quarterback play that is why they are more successful in the playoffs
