$90 million tax is quite a big bullet to bite though. It just seems irresponsible. If they can't win it this year, why would they think they could do it a year later when everyone is older?

I understand wanting to keep the best center in the league but that's so much money

I don't see them challenging for the 1 seed. Probably 2 or 3. They've got too many old guys to get the 1 seed.

They have looked like this all preseason though with really no signs of improvement. They have looked like absolute shite.
