And the Lakers bench has looked below average besides Hill.

But the Mavs have looked pretty damn impressive. With Kaman and Dirk, they become a lot better.

I've always been a big DC fan, was sick when traded away from NOH..loved him at UCLA..

He can dagger! Just sorta thin and limited if must play a full gm. But, is the kinda roster player I'd want if a legit contender..sorta Rondo-lite.

if you have to implement an offense to use nash, kobe, gasol, and howard, mike brown is the guy you look to

And you certainly want that offense to be a slow down, half court one with Nash at the point and Dwight in the middle

So what happens if the Lakers don't win it all this year? They pretty much have to blow it up, right?

Really impressed by Dallas. They're gonna be a playoff team as long as they don't become too obsessed with the half-court game.

Lakers are gonna be old come May. I don't know if they can get by OKC.

Rick Carlisle proving again he is an ELITE coach

So why are the Mavs whipping this supposed Dream Team without their only good player?

I think they'll just bite the bullet and take the luxury tax and sign Dwight. They'll only have the huge payroll for one more year, since Kobe's contract expires after next season.

They're not gonna blow it up until Kobe is gone.

Combination of the Lakers playing like shite and Dallas actually being better than anyone believed.

And like I said, they are only going to get a lot better in the next few weeks.
