If that's the case, you can't choose to quit then sue your old employer because you can't find another job.

Didn't comment on him suing or not homie. Only on those that hate him so much that they can't accept that he only opted out bc he was gonna be released.

Couple weeks ago he was like “I’ll stand for the anthem if you hire me”....... now he’s wanting to file a grievance. It didn’t turn out the way he thought it would, he’s truly dumb.

Is it possible for me to file a grievance against Kaepernick for all the BS he's caused!
Posted on 10/15/17 at 4:47 pm to msutiger
Didn't he have a contract that he opted out of? The guy had nearly $15 million on the table and tossed it away so he could get out of his contract. He actually had a contract to stay in SF until 2020, but agreed to restructure just so he could opt out early.
Talk about a backfire.

The funny part is Rodgers got hurt today and he is the best free agent available
But honestly, once he met his new girlfriend, he had no desire to play football again....
She made him an extremist. Have y'all not noticed how thin he looks? It is clear he has not been working out at all

It’s 2017. Nothing would surprise me.

If he files it in that west coast shithouse 9th court that stopped Trump's travel ban; he just may win.

I mean it was painfully obvious the Ravens were interested until his GF posted that retarded arse Twitter picture.
Also if he wasn't such a vocal supporter of Castro, he'd probably be the QB in Miami.

9th circuit or Circus, is a federal court of appeal. It has to be decided by a regular court first, then appealed if the decision doesn't go his way.
It would most likely be overruled by the Supreme Court of the United States should 9th Circus grant Kaepernick's appeal (should he lose in the original court.) SCOTUS overturns more of 9th circuit's decisions than any other.

He sucks for 2 years
Starts being controversial
Opts out of his contract
Doesn't get a job when the sucking and controversy become not worth the headache.
Files a grievance
Makes sense

Funny how he didn't start hating America until he started dating his hate filled Muslim girlfriend
