The Thunder are the problem. They are better.

They are really missing the 3 MPG that David Lee gave them, I tell you what...

Turnovers
Draymond is off his game
Thunder front court
Durant hasn't missed a free throw since the Clinton Admin

- Green has been the worst player on the court
- Steph can't get free from Westbrook and help
- Klay's game is largely dependent on the previous two guys creating space, so he hasn't had a ton of good looks
- Bogut/Ezeli/Speights are playing worse than Adams/Ibaka
Overall, OKC's length and size defensively has taken away GS's rhythm offensively, much like what happened to the Spurs. The size, length and athleticism of Westbrook/Roberson/Durant is giving GS's perimeter players fits. OKC's bigs are controlling the glass AND being productive on offense. The ball isn't moving, the Warriors are forcing bad passes, and they are settling for quick shots that are leading to easy transition offense for OKC.

Lee was legit in nba2k11

the biggest problem is that OKC has been playing awesome since game 2 vs the Spurs. (with the exception of one game vs GS)
OKC defense has been amazing. Adams is a beast. OKC is actually outrunning GS, the length and athleticism is giving GS fits.
Also Donavan has created the perfect anti-small ball line with Durant and Ibaka in the game. two 7 footers on the small ball line up and Durant can play point.

It's amazing that Durant can do what he does at basically 7 feet tall

Durant claims that he is 6'9. And he is VERY self conscience about his height. So don't say he is 7'

it's funny that this exact conversation is randomly popping up in 2 different threads

What the frick?
The problem is OKC wants it more. They want loose balls more. They want to play defense better, getting their hands in passing lanes and contesting every trip to the basket that they can. They want to win the transition game more. And weirdly enough, these last couple games especially, they want to play better TEAM basketball. It's crazy that they are beating GS at things that GS has done best all year.
As much as I liked David Lee in GS, this thread is ridiculous.

yeah the effort level is widely different
i think GS has gotten a "punch in the mouth" to their primary plan and won't adjust and just kinda go "oh well"
they go back home and likely win next game and just have to win at OKC. i get it, but their margin of error is almost 0

Taking their starters out only down like 15 with 3 minutes to go.. Problem is, if they're down again late in the next game, will they be able to gather themselves and not give up or implode? I would bet no.

I read almost everything in Hank Hill voice. It makes for an entertaining day.

I think Russell was really tired of hearing all the Stephen hype.
