Shaq, Hakeem, Ewing, and Robinson from the 90s are all so much better.

Russell, Wilt, and Kareem as well. Moses Malone, if we're counting him as a center.

Then, the list gets tougher. It's actually shocking how few elite centers there have been in league history. Willis Reed is better, but not by a huge margin. Mikan played so long ago that it's really hard to place him. Bill Walton at his peak was better, but he was injured so damn much.

Then we end up with guys like Alonzo Mourning, Nate Thurmond, and maybe Mutombo. I'd say Howard is better than all three, with Mourning being the closest.

Is Bob Petit a power forward or center? What about Jerry Lucas? Dave Cowens? Wes Unseld?

I hate Howard so I'll call all of them centers and say Howard is basically 14th or 15th

Best center in the league for what 8-9 yrs runnings. He compares favorably with guys like Reed and Ewing at this point in his career.

WTF dude…

THRU 11 SEASONS:
DWIGHT: 14,674 points, 1,711 Blocks
EWING: 19,788 points, 2,327 Blocks

19,788 > 14,674
2,327 > 1,711

I think he was complete piece of shite his last year in Orlando, but the shite he gets for his time in LA is ridiculous. The dude came back way too early from a back injury to try to really get in there with his team, and Kobe, as he's done before, took every opportunity to throw him under the bus. Kobe did nothing but target Dwight from the moment he got there. He chucked the ball up a stupid amount of times, called Dwight soft repeatedly, and only played two more games than he did.

Calling Dwight a bitch for any other reason is fine by me, but that season with the Lakers was just another example of why no one wants to play with Kobe.

910 Steals > 798 Steals

Ewing had more points, assists, blocks and steals through 11 seasons..
