Good ways to end "Hack-a-Shaq"...

Why couldn't the coach have the option to "decline" free throws for intentional off-ball fouls, and can opt to take the ball out.
This changes nothing in regards to stopping the clock at the end of games by fouling, because those are ON-BALL fouls, and the person who was fouled with the ball would have to shoot free throws like always.
Seems like a pretty simple way to get rid of intentionally fouling bad free throw shooters.

Fukk that. Make your GD free throws. Simple. Changing the landscape of the game because DeAndre Jordan can't make a FT is just retarded.

Or just allow the team that was fouled to choose any player on floor to shoot the free throws for an off ball foul.

The best and only way to fix it would be to make your damn free throws. I don't understand why they want to "fix" this strategy. If they would just practice free throws, this would not be a problem. I mean shite, it's their only job to play basketball and practice. Why not spend some time on it, instead of hitting the club, beating women, smoking the chronic, etc.....

No, intentionally fouling off the ball to keep sending that guy to the line is a loophole.

Exactly. The goal of each team is to win, but the goal of the league is to be entertaining. If teams are exploiting a part of the game and causing it to be less entertaining the league should do something about it.
They could also extend the under two minute rule to the entire game. If you're in the bonus and your team gets off ball fouled you get 2 FTs and the ball. They could also only make this apply toward intentional fouls if they thought that was too big of a change.

Have a bonus level where teams that are fouled automatically get one point automatically and shoot one free throw. That will make teams less likely to foul at the end and will speed up the game.
I really dislike the way the end of games grind to a near stop. Really makes the game less enjoyable for me to watch and is probably the main reason I'm not a bigger basketball fan.

That is the worst possible thing anyone could implement. Awarding teams points for not even putting the ball in the basket is about as retarded as it gets.

The offensive team shouldn't get to choose the shooter for any off-ball foul.

neither is fouling guys at the end of the game who you know will make free throws just to stop the clock. Especially when you are down more than 2-3 possessions. Its fricking dumb. While we are at it, getting the ball at half court after a time out is dumb. If these guys are the best of the best, make them go full court.

Two free throws from anyone on the fouled team plus possession. They have to make it extremely punitive.
