Yea it's a shame. Poor guy lead his team to 1 reg season loss in the last season and a half. And 2 postseason losses v all time great defenses. With shite for weapons. 22-3 over last 25 games he's left his dick print over the whole league the last year and a half so of course people will pile on at the first chance they get. If you're starting a team today you take cam w your first pick and I'm not sure who else is in the discussion.

I guess you never heard of a guy named Russell Wilson who almost beat the team with a QB nam Cam Newton when down 31-0 at end of first half on the road. Can you answer this question : "Do you think Cam can lead his team on the road back from 31-0 to within 7 points?" I don't think he can. He would have when down 28. I would take Wilson as my QB if starting a team. There is no one close.

Wilson is great too. But when you're up 31-0 human nature says you let off the gas in that situation. The game was over at 31-0 for all intents and purposes. But if anybody in today's NFL can put up 31 in a half its Cam.

In the playoffs let off the gas? Lol. Full of shite man. Everything that went wrong for Seattle did. If Cam was ever down that much, you will see him on the sideline with a towel over his head. Calling his momma and asking why the other boys are being mean to him. He is a punk bitch.

Playoffs or not when you're up 31-0 at the half you aren't gonna come out of the second half the same way you came out the first half. That's a no brainer.

Then I guess they should just call it a game then right. They did not score at all in the second half. You mean to tell me that they had no energy the entire second half? My question is do you think Cam could have done that? I say no bc he was only down 9 to Denver in the SB and could only manage 3 points. Things not going his way, he folds ant his body language tells me that he has quit. He has zero leadership quality when he is losing.

Of course he could've come back. You don't think he's ever lead a come back before?

His o line was getting their arse handed to them. His starting RB was out. His already worse in the league receiving Corp had one man down. Going up against prob a top 10 all time defense. what's he supposed to do? Put on a happy face so someone like you can think he's a good leader. his leadership qualities cannot be questioned.

Maybe act like a "quarterback with a skill-set they've never seen before" (para-phrased).

Technically true. I rarely see an NFL qb/Mvp who has very little leadership skills.

Being a good leader is more than just putting on a "happy face". It is about showing what you are made of in times of adversity. Instead of coming up with a "dab" or "superman" pose, maybe he could have made the right checks to the o line to help protect him. Maybe attempt to go after a fumble instead of just standing there. Maybe try to do something else to get yards instead of asking the refs for flags when he is hit. He beat Seattle on the road early in the season when Seattle had all kinds of issues both offensively and defensively. Tell me where Cam led his team to victory or close to victory when he was down by 24 or more points in the NFL.

I ain't going look that up. Being a leader is making your teammates better than they would be without you. Would that team have lost 1 regular season game if cam wasn't the qb? Heck no. Would tedd Ginn and cotchery philly brown etc ever be Impact players on other teams? srsly I doubt it. Cam and what he does on offense made those guys. I think we know what cam is made of 'in times of adversity' considering he's won 22 or 25 of his last NFL games. every game has adversity and he's come out on top Moreso than any other Qb lately. There's a reason why he's MVP.

This post is so retarded that it's awesome. So your mark of being a good QB is coming close to victory after being down by 24 points? That's genius.

Not the NFL but Cam beat Nick Saban on the road after being down by 24 with a national title on the line.

He had an MVP season no doubt. This year their schedule was rather weak. The NFC South sucked more than normal. The AFC South was atrocious. Carolina D was better than people has suspected. Yes they scored a lot of points against weak Defenses. You can't look it up bc he gives up when his team is down by a lot of points. His body language has always been like that. He puts blame on others rather than himself. When Brady, Brees, Wilson, Manning, etc lose they answer the questions and say they could have done more when they lose. Not Cam. He puts blame on others before himself. MVP this year. Leader? No. Anyone who takes Cam over Wilson is not an intelligent person.

Panthers were 3-0 when down by 10+ points this season. Seriously, you're awful at this.

all of those guys interviews sound the same. Like robots. Because thats what they've been coached to say. Cam says what's on his mind. So just bc Russ Wilson gives a robotic interview to you that means he's a better leader. That's not very intelligent.

Genius, the guy I was responding to said he would take Cam first pick of starting a team. I would say Wilson would be the QB that teams would take when starting a team. Who would you take? Next time learn to read the posts before making an idiotic statement.
