I keep hearing reports of legs missing and all I can think is that running was probably the primary focus of these peoples lives and whoever is responsible was likely motivated to committ such an act beacuse of this.

She works for Runners World and is covering the event in Boston. She is at the press center with everyone else, but so far, none of her tweets have had particularly useful info. I take this to mean that no one knows what is really going on.
