NFL network and MLB Network are going to make out like bandits in this. They will get the pick of the litter and improve their brand.

That's a terrible comeback and yes it is petty and obvious.

I've never liked Hill but, just reading todays tweets, you can see she's in a no win situation. I don't blame her for defending herself.

She works on TV. She gets shite on daily. Again, today was the day to stfu about being upset bc people are upset you still have a show. It's petty as frick

Considering what kind of a day it has been for her company and colleagues, I am surprised she wasn't told by ESPN to ignore provocation on social media for a day or two. Not just her, anyone still employed. There's no way the shite-talking wasn't expected.

Instead, she's spoon-feeding the trolls looking to get her agitated.

After the second round of The Masters, ESPN went straight to that clownshow SC6. Barely a mention of the tournament. You'd think they would have SVP hosting a special edition of SC to recap the round in order to hold onto the viewers. I'm sure I'm not the only one who turned the channel.

That kind of sums up ESPN at the moment. That and the continued employment of Heather Dinich.....which continues to amaze me. Literally anyone logged on this board at this moment could do a better job.

I did see Jaymee Sire spout off at some trolls today. Damn I can't imagine what it's like to be let go from your job. Especially in a profession where everyone knows your face and name

She AND ESPN put her in this position... She is An Black FEMALE on A MAJOR network... If ESPN let her go today.... The ROOF would have come off................. But ESPN has already invested in her and Smith to be the Sportscenter team at 6... there is NO WAY they let her go....... She is very uneducated at sports as A whole.. She is ONLY there to take care of black folks.. This is fact............

Seems like Jemele would fit right in on the MSB.

Somebody send her a link. Solid 40 percent chance she signs up.

I went back to January and SC6 was still a top 5. So saying hill and Smith's faces are some of the most popular is misleading.

I'll concede to lebatard tho.

It's not meant to be a comeback. It's sarcasm because I disagree. People pretend they care about shite all the time for attention. Every time a celeb dies, thousands of people pretend it's the worst day ever. Lots of people pretended to be sad for these employees mostly just to at least acknowledge that it happened. Sure that's petty. But it's not more petty than Jamele debating everyone who's reaction to this involves the opinion that her show is crap, which it is. At least she has a fricking show. Again, she needs to stay out of it.

Pretty sure whomever was is those time slots before the current shows had good numbers too. Most important rule of television/radio? Time slot, time slot, time slot.

Think about it.... Where do you think he could end up??? He is horrible and hates any conference other than the ACC........... He is NOT that talented in the 1st place.... He is PISSED cause he moved his family to CT.. And now has ZERO income and A bleak future... This is all about EGO.. He thinks he is way better than he actually is..........

Who the frick are YOU to speak about anyone having a bleak future? Or talent? Or Income?
Did Kanell's Trailer burn down like yours? Didn't think so. I would imagine his degree has more earning potential than your GED, as well.
The guy moved his whole family up to Bristol, surely at someone at ESPN's suggestion, only to be let go, despite being on a popular radio show. He was really growing in his role with Rusillo and cut back on trolling morons like you with the Football hot takes. You wouldn't have realized this, since FM Radio is such a newfangled thing to you.

don't completely disagree. That is something Lebatard has long admitted regarding his success.

but when you are doing layoffs, you can't really lay off the people who are netting you the best ratings, even if they are easily replaced.

HQ, PTI, and First Take are successful in part because of the individuals involved. They are also successful because they are on ESPN in certain time slots.

The format makes ATH, and most anyone would get ratings on the 6 PM SC
