more touchdowns per game
I don't have the time to really look into, but Ben has only hit the 20 TD platform 3 times, and 30 once.
Eli has hit that every single year of his career since he took over fulltime.
SO I doubt Ben has a higher TD/g ratio.

Ben has 179 tds in 114 games = 1.57 per game
Eli has 189 tds in 121 games = 1.56 per game
I am counting all touchdowns

Here are the real stats
Eli's played 7 full seasons (not counting rookie season as full year
Eli has
183 tds
120 ints(more than Brady has his entire career)
83 QB rating
Brady in his first 7 full season(not counting his rookie season either)
Brady has
203 tds
86 ints
93 QB rating
I wonder what the stats are for how many of Brady's completions were thrown less than 5 yards downfield. Not saying he can't throw long passes, but most of the time that fricker dinks and dunks all day long.

Eli is at Elite status right now, if you consider the fact that out of 32 teams, only three would not trade for him. Maybe four. Carolina may wait Cam out before making that claim.
Green Bay wouldn't
Pittsburg wouldn't
New Orleans wouldn't
New England wouldn't
Carolina wouldn't
Detroit wouldn't
San Diego probably wouldn't
Atlanta might not
Dallas might not
Colts may not with their options
Houston may not
Some of these teams towards the bottom may take him but if he were "available" I don't think they would actively try to trade for him

It will be interesting when Eli will have more TDs/yards after 9 seasons than Brady (bc of the knee injury.

Big Ben in his career
average more yards per game
more touchdowns per game
less interceptions
and his QB rating is 10 points higher than Eli's
All valid, but Ben isn't even close to being widely regarded as "great" without 2 superbowl victories under his belt. He's had one of the best defenses in the league since he stepped onto the field backing him up.
He's pretty damn good, but to say he's great while Eli isn't is laughable IMO

Big Ben doesn't, although it is very close. Eli's problem is that he was Mark Sanchez like during his first four years in the league.

Regardless whether that would be true or not Romo, Newton, Rivers, Ryan, Schaub, and Rapelisberger are Tier 2 or less at this point.
Top Tier = Brees, Rodgers, Brady, Stafford, and Eli.

No...like when they were in Brady's face from the last half of the third quarter on and he had no time to throw or had happy feet?
Like in not stellar then?
Last of third qtr on? Giving up a 96 yard drive? Opening 2nd half drive? Were they good? Yes. Stellar? Hardly.

I love his potential but stafford hasn't done near enough to be mentioned with brees, brady, rogers, eli, and peyton... or even ben R

Stafford? It's an insult to the others you have mentioned to compare him to them at this point. One day maybe but has not done even close to enough to be considered in the same league as them.

Not a huge fan of stafford but the dude put up > 5000 yards and > 40 touchdowns this year. Only Brees, Marino, and Brady have done that in history.
Of course...he has Calvin Johnson.

Feel the same.
Brady is a great QB. But I believe his system has aided his performance (and his stats) more so than that that of the other elite QBs, such as P. Manning and Brees.

I agree that the system should be examined for QBs when it comes to evaluating performance. Rodgers and Brady are great QBs, but their backups stepped into the system and had phenomenal games. Hell Cassel had a great year, what has he done since he left?
This year proved Peyton wasn't a system QB, and Brees is still under question, though I think the system is Brees. We'll get to see with Flynn soon, but he did set the Lambeau record with his start. How much do the systems help out?

A lot, o-lines are often overlooked as the anchor of those systems as well.

Cassel had a really good 2009 on the Chiefs. He is not really fair to compare to the average backup.
Also, Flynn is like the new Schaub (on Atlanta), so he may very well be the best backup in the NFL.
Using the difference between starter and backup is not a fair comparison because not all backups are equal. The difference between Manning and Painter is astronomical compared to Brady and Cassel.

2007 Pats with Brady 16-0
2008 Pats with Cassel 11-5.

We obviously all know NE, NO, and GB wouldn't trade for him. Maybe Carolina and Detroit since their qb's are both so young. SD would, ATL would, Dallas would, Houston would. Like you said, maybe not the Colts since they will get Luck. Pitt probably would. Eli is better than Ben.
