Assuming you mean women here, do you have a link or story? Out of curiosity

Ha, you're right. I'm just so used to typing USMNT. No, I don't have any links for that. They are usually "behind closed doors" scrimmages.

Hell, in 2012, our U-17 men's team beat the USWNT 8-2.

I think I could hold my own at any position at the Women's World Cup, especially at LB or LM.

There's a huge difference between someone who has played consistently throughout their life at any decent level of competition and someone who has played a pick up game. Chances are this cat would be embarrassed with the swiftness.

He was still a 16 year old playing against the best women's team in the world. And the BOYS won by 6 goals.

It's not hard, they are basically a good high school aged club team, which I'm sure a number of people played on.

You think a bunch of 25-30 year olds who average in the 20's for BF% are going to keep up with 16-18 year old kids who play soccer every single day?

There's a pretty big difference between the best 16 year olds in the United States and MSB posters.

I would shut out the USWNT blindfolded. I would also beat Ronda Rousey in an Ultimate Fighting Match. I would easily win the gold medal at the women's 100m at the Olympics.

No the thread is "can you hold your own?" Not "do you think random dude that doesn't know how big a goal is can hold his own?" 8 feet by 24 feet btw, which has yet to be posted.

My answer is yes. I would easily believe some others on here can answer yes as well. Plenty of people play high level club and high school soccer. It's not some crazy elite group. A number of soccer board posters grew up playing good soccer. I am saying nothing earth shattering here. I'm sorry that a bunch of people who tune into soccer every now and then don't know a single thing about it.

I'm not talking about most MSB posters. I'm talking about me.

I'm sure there's plenty of athletic people that post on here. Most of them can hold their own as keeper in the women's World Cup.

Ok... I'm not disputing that a good men's team comprised of boys in their late teens could beat the women's team.
