I guess I meant to say his line drive and hard hit ball rates. Devo has had some really good fortune. Plus, the way his velocity plays up in relief is huge for him.
As for Feliz, he does not have a diverse enough repertoire to be starting yet. He also may be tiring as a youngster from the long grind of the season already.

Walked in runs are nice.
