I've been watching a ton of baseball vids on YouTube. Not even limited to Astros clips. ready for some baseball.

Played the Rangers in MLB The Show over the weekend. They won. Stink Odor hit a bomb off Keuchel....so I drilled him in his next AB. my Rangers hatred is in midseason form.

Is this where I submit my 2017 DAT application?

I've enjoyed reading you guys the past 2 seasons. Thought I might contribute this year.

The two most intriguing players in spring training to me are Feliz and Devenski.

Feliz was brought up in the minors as a starter and when he was hot was getting through the order multiple times last year. Devo got better with every outing it seemed and was dominant down the stretch and also was a starter in the minors.

Both guys bring a little more velo than gregs or Harris and were better for longer stretches than Giles.

They both did great (at times in Feliz's case) in long relief.

Where do you slot them? Do you have them as long relievers and potentially the majority of times we see them salvaging a struggling starter? High leverage situations? Heck I trust Devo more than I do Giles. Do you flip Fiers/Morton with one of them?

Its a great problem to have.

Feliz is destined to be a late-innings bullpen guy. He's a two-pitch guy with great strikeout potential. I think he'll be more of a salvage guy in 2017 though with 3 or 4 arms in front of him in the bullpen.

Anyone know if MLB is going to lift the blackout on single team streams this year?

Pretty sure you still have to subscribe to Root to be able to get around the blackout. That or a VPN.

In bullpen with same roles as last season to start. I am guessing there will be a short leash on Fiers/Morton and if either struggle out of the gate, Devo gets a shot in the rotation rather quickly. imo
