Jwho has contributed more to the Astros this postseason than Jose Altuve.

Yankees started solid and Donaldson/Carpenter took them out of every rally. The Donaldson strikeout and some favorable strike calls put Verlander into a groove after what looked like a rough start.

Hopefully Yankees tonight see Donaldson on the bench with Cabrera in the field along with Peraza.

I agree. They got their first lead on the Astros all season in the 7th game and it lasted about 10 minutes

The most amazing numbers from last night’s game show just how dominant Verlander really was…and Astro pitching as a whole. It also shows how well the Astros were getting to the Yankees pitching. Even Altuve showed signs of getting better in the box.

It’s unseasonably cold this morning. No better way to warm up than with a nice proper Frambering.

I enjoy my Frambering with a side of Altuve first pitch HR.

Enjoy your day everyone. It’s going to be slow as hell waiting on first pitch.

Last night was a stellar performance. Pitching was rock solid save 1/3 of an inning where I got a bit worried we were about to let them back in the game.

As for hitting. It is nice to see the bottom half of the lineup come up big when the top of your line up was pretty abysmal.

Bodes well for us that Altuve, Bregman, Yordan, and Tucker were all non-existent.

Obviously Yordan is just being dodged but the other 3 have to find ways to get the ball in the outfield grass.

Yep. Will need to change to bring the trophy home, but was great to see those guys come through
