Non-athletic Jake Locker

Someone will take him in the first two rounds.

Dude is terrible and the first product of the ESPN / Dilfer prospect hype train.

I don't think it's that bad of a decision for him to go. He isn't going to get any better staying at Penn St another year and this isn't that great of a QB class.

Hackenburg's college career reminds me a lot of Jevan Snead at Ole Miss.

Lol. His completion % is bad and it's gotten worse every year in college. Which team is going to be the idiots of the draft and take Hackenberg in the first round?

There are a lot of shitty QB's that are backups in the NFL. He will get picked up and ride the pine, but I don't see him breaking a starting lineup.

I think the Texans would be smart to take him in the 4th round or later

60 day ban bet he goes higher than a NC winning QB at OSU?

If he stays at PSU another year his OL might get him killed

Yes, but NFL teams draft on potential and measurables. I think he goes in the 3rd or 4th round, assuming Bill o'brien doesn't get tempted any earlier than that.

Bold strategy, Cotton. Pretty sure he bounced a wheel route off a camera today.

"I think he is easily a top-five pick," an NFL scout told ESPN.

Sound familiar? It should. That's exactly how former Detroit Lions president Matt Millen described Hackenberg

He'll have a great pro day and good measurables so everyone will hop all over him in the run up to the draft.

Probably go in the first round before the team selecting him realizes that he is gun shy after playing behind a godawful line at Penn State for the last few years
