Jay Culter is a perfect example of a guy whose career is totally different if the team that drafted him had a long term plan versus just throwing him in there. Physically he was ready but mentally he was not and has never been 100% right since.

Never thought Jay Cutler understood the game.

Dude just winged it regardless of time and circumstance.

Never could manage anything but his stats.

Call it coaching, but pouty chuck the ball around wily-nily Cutler never had that it factor and killed his teams with late turnovers. Cutler always seemed like a really good actor who never understood the part.

I still think Hack has a little of that it factor despite all the naysayers. It's not just tools. He's not as bad as everyone is making him out to be. I think he's a real football player compared to Cutler.

Jones was viewed as a "first rounder" by the ESPN talking heads. He was 3rd on the depth chart going into 2014 and only moved up to starter because of injuries. That was a good team, and O coordinator, that won the championship on the legs of Zeke Elliot. He would have got to the combine and been exposed. Plus he's a happy meal away from being a fat arse. Reminds me of JaMarcus Russell.
