Mountain or Central..

East and West zones suck.

Central all day. Everyday.

Not really debatable IMO.

When I was in college Eastern was the best cause I love watching the latenight Pac-12 games at the bar on Saturday nights. I also needed to sleep in until 1 for the NFL games.

Now, however, I'd love to getup and watch football at 9 AM. It's absurd how late shite ends on Eastern time.

I'm going with Central. Getting up at 4 or 5 am to watch Premier League games would be a bitch. I guess Hawaii has the worst time zone for any early game but it works well for late games.

As others have said, central is the best for nearly every sport.

Central is the best time zone. You don't have to wait all day for east coast games and Monday Night Football comes on at night.

only bad thing about central is that 12 noon is too early for saints games in the dome... the crowd isn't ready yet. i much prefer 3:00 games... at least you have time to walk around downtown and tailgate

Dean, serious question, do you ever miss the beginning of games because they start at 5:00?

There may be an occasional event that I have to DVR and then catch up to get live. But most start at 5;30 and I can leave work early.

I was in LA for 2 weeks during the holidays and really missed the early morning football. Waiting until moon felt awkward.

I'm from GA but live in Texas and can say central time is so much better.

Football starts earlier and ends earlier if you are like me and watch 12 hrs worth.

Baseball games during the week are on as soon as I come home from work.

Eastern. I am not 70 years old, staying up until midnight is not an issue. Plus more time for tailgating/pre-gaming in general.

I've lived in both central and pacific...
Overall I'd take pacific...
I liked being able to watch a lot of football and then being able to do stuff later in the day. I also liked listening to major league games on my drive home from work.
The bad thing about pacific is Wimbledon and the British open...they start way too early then...

Central for a lot of people, but sports are made for the East Coast.

For those of us who work until 7 or 8 every night, EST is the way to go.

I love the west coast for watching football. Saturday SEC hames start early, and NFL games are done by 430-5, MNF is over by 8-830.

Can still watch a full day of football and go out to dinner after.

Mountain is the answer. Easy choice.
