The proximity of the dangerous areas to the stadium and its patrons are a bit different though. Not sure how that is deniable.

I lived in Atlanta for ten years. I was a Falcons season ticket holder. Hawks too. I never felt unsafe while in the area. There is so much security in the that there is nothing to worry about.

Fair enough. I've been to the Georgia Dome 3 times and it always felt a bit dicey to me, but I was an out-of-towner so who knows.

Moved away in 2014 but that's Nets @ Hawks in the playoffs last season.

Why would a millionaire celebrity make you feel unsafe?

Too bad you didn't get hit by a stray bullet.

Nah. A young thug can't be seen in the same pants too many times.

Last year, New Orleans had 164 murders. Atlanta had 95, even though it's a larger city.

last year New Orleans had 9.83 violent crimes per 1,000 residents. Atlanta had 12.97 per 1,000.

Statistics can be made to look however you want them to look.

I'd rather be robbed than murdered and I'm pretty sure that anyone else would agree.

I doubt the saints wouldn't love to build a new stadium. Keeping it in the city would be the biggest problem.

I'd rather neither.

I believe there was a massive power outage in the middle of the Super Bowl down there a mere 3 years ago.

We all know what happened. The idiots at the publically traded utility made a huge mistake in the installation of a new switch> The stadium and the city are fully innocent in all of this.

We can all at least agree that the Falcons won't be playing in the game.

I honestly see NOLA getting it in 2023 after Vegas (if the Raidahs move there).

Happy for my hometown, but the haters are right. Not setup to be a great SB city.

Location of stadium pretty much kills it.
