How's that for consistency? And they're posting the exact same record this year as seasons prior with wade missing a third of their games. Yet, people still want to argue the Heat are having a down year this season.

Haven't improved but will undoubtedly make a 4th straight finals appearance.

The Pacers will beat them if they keep home court advantage

It's amazing what can happen when 3 all pros come together to play on the same team. And one of them is the best player in the world Right now

It is really, really close. Heat are playing some good ball lately and only 1.5 games back now. Greg Oden is getting more minutes so hopefully he can slow down Hibbert when they inevitably meet in the playoffs.

No.

The Heat have another gear that the Pacers don't have. What's the Pacers record against playoff teams and West teams and games on the road? The Heat seem like a much better team to me.

The Heat have the best record against teams over .500 in the entire league. (17-5)

The Heat also have the worst record (when only using the top 10 teams in the league) against teams below .500 (23-9)

What does this tell you?

When the Heat play the best. They beat them. They have been resting and playing down to teams when against an inferior opponent. Come playoff time they are going to wreck shite.

It's pretty amazing that Lebron hasn't been playing to the level he has in past years, and Wade has missed 15+ games this year, yet here we sit with 2 months of the season left and the Heat are 1 1/2 games back of both Indiana and OKC for the best record.

Heat are still significantly better than the pacers. They will beat them in 5 or 6 in the ecf and at least two of the four heat wins willpprobably be blowouts.

LeBron hasn't been putting up the same numbers as in previous seasons because he has been playing less minutes. And of course wade has sat about one third of the season.

If the heat wanted to, they could be challenging the bulls all time record this year.

ya, the Heat are the team to beat as usual...those saying otherwise are just going with a little wishful thinking.

Pacers or Thunder have a legitimate chance at beating them, but that's as far as it goes.

Heat are the best team in the NBA. I believe they will win a 3rd straight NBA title. I doubt a series goes to 7 for the Heat in the playoffs.

Heat vs Pacers will be a 7 game series and who ever wins will lose to the Spurs/Warriors in the Finals
