Damn

Bleacher Report did a simulation of Alabama vs the Browns on some older Madden and the result is surprising

Why does this continue to be an obsession? It is one of the most ridiculous things ever.

Did they reset Bama's ratings for the NFL? I remember moving some players from NCAA to Madden that were 99 in NCAA and being like 76 in Madden. I bet they didn't.

They said Bama 34-0

Just wasted 30 seconds watching that. The Browns would win something like 56-3

Alabama would get obliterated because of quarterback play.

An 18 year old quarterback who relies heavily on his legs against an NFL defense that is better than the stats would have you believe.

Cleveland's offensive line is putrid, and Alabama's D-line could compete. But Alabama would never move the ball on offense.

The Browns would absolutely crush Alabama.

This stupidity reared its head a few years ago when Bama fans thought that they could beat Jacksonville.

Offense:
QB - nobody
RB - Crowell was a top 10 guy all year
WR - Pryor was a top 15 guy all year, Coleman has been VERY good (injured)
TE - Barnidge was a top 10 guy all year
OL - Thomas (all pro), Erving (1st), and Coleman (3rd) -- very underrated

Defense:
Nassib (3rd), Shelton (1st), Ogbah (2nd), Collins (all pro), Haden (all pro)

no chance in hell. browns are talented, but young. They just need a QB and they could turn it around big time.

I guess LSU has a mid-level NFL defense

If LSU can hold Bama scoreless 3+ quarters and only give up 10 points total, that means they score 34 on an NFL defense?
