The ACC was better than the SEC last season.

Last year they were and it's not debatable. It's what happens when everybody in the SEC is breaking in a new QB. This year, the universe will right itself

Maybe, this could very well be like that Pac 12 in 2015, or maybe the ACC has another terrific year. I don't think you can blame people for hyping the ACC right now though

I think the ACC has a nice little run right now and last year, I would say they were the best conference. It looks like VT and Miami are starting to compete again and that will help the conference having those 2 teams playing at a high level again. Also, can't forget about Louisville and Petrino.

Won 2 ny6 bowls the ncg and had the Heisman trophy winner. The sec representative in the sugar bowl ended up with 5 losses.

Two different programs had once a generation QBs that took them to the Championship. Does the ACC have another one in Lamar Jackson (his team is not very good) or anyone else.

Auburn and Alabama will put these silly statements to rest in the first two weeks of the season.

We need to admit the SEC wasn't very good last year. It was Bama then a bunch of 8-4 caliber teams.

Most of us are pretty rational on the MSB, but if you take this over to the SEC Rant you may get the response you're looking for.

They aren't saying that they are the equal of the SEC or even the Big 12 (although they are institutionally).
They are just saying they are a clear 6 and trying to market themselves a such.

The ACC is a many ring circus, the SEC is currently a one ring circus(Alabama). There, I concisely explained the dichotomy.

Adding Louisville was a game changer. And it looks like ND will become a full time member. ACC imo is the premiere conference

ACC is definitely on the upswing and has more teams with an opportunity to win the NC. SEC will continue to decline as the talent and coaches flee to other conferences due to Saban and Alabama.
