My pick as well.
Their best attribute is WM's biggest enemy. The passing game. WM can score alot but that offensive line is just not up to par with what they have had. Turner can only do so much.

Im hella biased since its my alma mater but I gotta say Zachary since they have bounced back since that loss at STM and hit their stride offensivey and the 2 quarterback system is gonna carry them far.

Pace would have to stay healthy and that other fella...140lbs in that classification will get you mauled when you start playing the big boys....IMHO

4A-Franklinton

2A-Evangel
1A-Not sure. Saw St. Mary's earlier and they didn't impress me. South Plaq has lost 3 games already. Meh...Central Catholic...who knows.
Kinda surprised that so many are picking against a top 10 nationally ranked team. STM has the best chance to knock off WM imo due to their offense. Then again, how can they ever feel safe in that game after being up 21-0 on WM just two years ago AT HOME before WM stormed back to win 41-28. STM didn't score in the 2nd half of that game once WM made their adjustments. That makes me wonder if Arledge has figured STM out. Still think STM has the best chance of knocking WM off.

two years ago Soph QB Bergeron was in 8th grade and STM's receivers were mediocre. Against Acadiana two weeks ago, Bergeron was 14/16 for 171 yards and 3 TDs. STM hasn't had an effective passing game in several years

Arledge is a genius to figure out "hey, they can't throw the ball at all. Let's put 9 guys around the line of scrimmage, stop their running game and on passing downs let our DEs line up wide and kick their offensive tackles asses with our speed."
This STM is nothing like that STM team that was beaten at home by WM
