As a Titans fan I have to say that while he had a mediocre career and had some great moments to blame it all on Fisher or to say that there was 0 talent around him is laughable
Kerry Collins took the job from him and went 10-0 on to a 13-3 season. So there was talent there plus VY totally lost it mentally after being benched

People forget how good Matt Leinart was in that game, against that great texas secondary. Steve smith and Jarrett carved up some good DBs.
He gave away that endZone int tho. The signal for the audible they used was the same one they used on 4th and long to Jarrett against ND game that year. I believe it was a back shoulder fade as well.
Leinart was a drive away from being crowned as the greatest college QB in history.
