Lost in all this is what it had the potential of causing issue with the group behind. Let's say DJ is in at -4 and they haven't made the ruling yet. Lowery is in some trouble off the tee on 18. If Lowery is down 1 he's going to be really aggressive vs tied and maybe pitch out to get up and down.

I'm just glad an American won.

One with a lot of torque and horse power winning was just the icing on the cake.

frick all you nerds. This is a game of torque, and horse power. Take y'all's weak arse nerd game back to the 50's and 60's. The dawn of a new era is upon us.

Better hit the gym nerds. Deadlifts, OHP, #Legz, chest. Aka #Wendler

Rory tweeted yesterday that if he were still in the field he wouldn't hit another shot until it was sorted out

That would have been great. "No sir, I will not play until you tell me exactly how many strokes back from the leader I currently am. No sir, I'm not holding up play. You are."

As long as DJ doesn't get complacent, or get suspended again, he'll probably defend his title next year. Erin Hills sets up perfectly for his game

Erin Hills sounds like the name of a porn star... Tiger will probably win.

She was barely able to walk yesterday. Tugging at that extremely short dress every step looked great for me, but uncomfortable for her.

Net to become better at golf my workout was: Chop down a forest with an axe, 4 sets of shrugs with a refrigerator, then I squatted two Yugos for 3 sets, and did Pilates.

Am I on the way to being a decent golfer?

What a clown show the USGA looks like. Hilarious to see the players roasting them on Twitter and rightfully so. Glad DJ got the W, the USA chant combined with that bomb he hit on 18 and Paulina's dress still has me rock hard.

Rory seems like a really cool dude. Awesome for him to stick up for DJ like that. Very professional.

They changed the rule for a reason. They need to clarify the writing of the rule to make the original intent clear. Part 1 - If you physically make contact with the ball before you address it and make the ball move, it is a penalty. (Hand, club, towel, etc.) Part 2 - After you ground your club then the ball moving for any reason is a penalty.

The way it is written now, it is open to a lot of stupid interpretations, and we saw one of the dumbest interpretations yesterday.

I've played golf for about 35 years now and I don't even understand why this is a rule to begin with...

Who gives a rat's arse if the ball moves a millimeter after the club is soled... There is no advantage gained from it and it shouldn't be a penalty at all. It's arbitrary.

NEW RULE IN FOOTBALL: The Center can not adjust the ball forward or backwards before the snap. It will be a 5 yard penalty and result in loss of down. STUPID!!

But we may or may not penalize you, and if we do have a question, we may tell you about it a couple quarters later and then not make our decision until after the game is complete. We'll let you know.

Actually that wouldn't be a penalty. It would be a stroke.
