I have the same dollar value now as I did on 1/19/21. YTD on retirement accounts are -17.78%.
My two 529 accounts are -12.33% YTD and worth less than their contributions...
I know people will say this is good for buying, but not sure who has the extra cash flow to increase their investment contributions.

I wouldn't say the worst. He is expecting the market to continue to drop as long as Biden is in office (another 2+ years), so if you are saving for a major expense int he next 2-3 years and expect the money to lose value why would you invest?

Nah you can't throw in the last 5 years. We want that YTD Almost all of us are positive in that timeframe. -22.67 for me YTD on 401k
