Im only -10% or so

Sold probably half of my stocks/mutual funds and have been dumping it in 3 month T bills waiting for the bottom to hit

Not sure when that will be, maybe after the election

You all do realize this isn't the first time the market has dropped over 20%? Be patient (as hard as it is).

The average 5-year cumulative return for the S&P 500 after a drop of 20% is almost 72%.

Markets come back historically, even when sensationalized news and headlines say otherwise.

Don't make emotional decisions. Don't try to time the market. Don't invest money you need in the next 2 or 3 years.

With the losses from this downturn, I'm at 3.8% over 5 yrs....

Balance down 24.5% since 1 Jan despite contributions. I chose a bad time to retire early but very fortunate to have military pension to cover most of expenses.
